Are you a driven storyteller with sharp news instincts and a passion for digital-first journalism? Global News Saskatoon is looking for a Digital Broadcast Journalist to join our team.
What You’ll Do:

Pitch, research, write, shoot, and edit compelling stories for both broadcast and digital platforms

Deliver strong on-air presentations, including live hits and unscripted segments

Post content across web and social media platforms (X, Facebook, YouTube)

Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Produce newscasts and segments as required
What You Bring:
-
Post-secondary education in Journalism, Broadcasting, or related field

Strong writing, researching, and storytelling skills
-
Experience with ENG shooting, non-linear editing, and content publishing
-
Familiarity with CP style and WordPress is an asset
-
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-
A collaborative attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
-
Prior experience anchoring or presenting weather is a plus
