Interested in communicating science effectively to the public? The Science Writers and Communicators of Canada (SWCC) is inviting student and early-career poster submissions for its national conference in Montréal (June 15–16, 2026). Poster abstracts can be in English or French, and presentations are welcome in either language. Conference updates will be posted on LinkedIn.
Posters focus on clear, accessible, and engaging science communication, and include:
- A three-minute oral presentation
- Cash prizes: $600 first place, $250 honourable mentions
- Emphasis on innovative ways to inform and engage public audiences
